Brittany's mom must be a good mom. She has raised quite the child. If I were Brittany's mom I would be proud. Anyways, on a real topic because I just told Brittany I was going to do that so I kind of had too, how about them 49ers. They come off a close game to the division leading Arizona Cardinals and absolutley own the Rams. It was 35-3 at half before the 49ers decided to not run the score up. The final was 35-16 and Frank Gore and Shaun Hill both played really good. I think Shaun Hill has what it takes but he needs the coach that will give him a chance, which I think Mike Singletary is. The 49ers aren't a bad football team, and haven't been terrible over the years, it was just that the coaching staff was playing conservative football, and the players they had weren't that type. They haven't had the pleasure of winning games, and most of the players on the roster now haven't been to the playoffs. I miss the good old days when I could watch the 49ers more than once a year on tv, but now it's just one game a year they play on tv. I have liked them since I can ever remember and I don't know why I do, because everyone in my family is a Viking fan. I am a loyal fan.

I am sitting in English, the class I almost missed this morning. I was super tired, and hopefully I am not getting sick. Ipswich beat Langford/Roslyn on Monday, so they are now one game again from the dome hosting Chester. Last year, we were in the same situation, and got murdered by Gregory. It was heart breaking. I will probably go to the game on Saturday in Ipswich, but I wish I had someone to go with. It is going to be weird going there without someone I know, then seeing people I haven't seen or talked to since college started. Ipswich is a small town, so it won't be that bad I guess. I kind of have mixed emotions whether I want them to win. Of course I do because it'd be sweet to see my hometown in the dome, but on the other hand I'll be kind of jealous that I never got to play there and we should have. Chester has played all the good teams in the State, and has only lost to Hurley/Marion and Stickney/Mount Vernon, whom they had to beat to continue in the playoffs. They got killed by the Cobras of Hurley/Marion, but also killed Emery/Ethan a team that almost beat Hurley/Marion. So either way I can't wait to see this game.

Our team worked well together when we had to clean up the field. We had to go in a couple weeks back to the baseball field, and we had to edge everything, and clean up the remaining grass but try and leave as much dirt as we could. It was a lot of work to be done in little time, but with a team of baseball players wanting the field to look good, we stepped up. Everyone was finding something to do, whether it was edging, cleaning up, or even carrying new buckets to put grass in. Even with that many people it was a long process and still took nearly 3 hours. Imagine if the team had not pulled together and worked, it would have taken much, much longer. When it was almost done, we had another job at hand. We had to spread the dirt evenly around the field, and then rake it in. It wasn't that hard but still took time and people. Even though this seems like alot, the team takes care of the field every day. Everybody pitches in and the work gets done faster. Taking care of the field is just one of many ways the baseball team comes together to get a job done.
